“For those who are considering ordering the book “Perpetual Income” from the book section here and were looking for opinions on it. It’s a fabulous resource, and one of my absolute favorite Landlording books! :o) While it wouldn’t be as good a resource for someone with an upscale clientele, it’s definitely good for those of us who cater to the blue-collar, low-end-type housing market. The author’s mantra is “clean, safe, and functional”, and they’re good words to live by. But there’s precious little fluff in the book, and lots of good, solid advice and experience to draw from.
