“I had complications installing my new Tenant File Landlord Edition program (that came as a bonus with my newsletter subscription) and started to write you for help when I realized you had an 800 number for help. By the way, Wayne, from the techinal help department did a wonderful job of talking me thru the installation process. (I know just enough about computers to be dangerous.) The only problem was being at home between 12:00 and 4:00pm to fit into his schedule. I’ve learned alot from your site already. “Not a question, but I ordered the Mr. Landlord Newsletter and, as part of the order I was to receive a software download. I could not get this to install correctly on my computer. I sent an e-mail to customer service stating my problem, hoping I would receive a response. Within minutes, not days or weeks, someone from Mr. Landlord called me on my cell phone and offered to send me a CD to install the software. Pretty darn good customer service. “Maybe not the right place to post this, but i wanted every one to read it. I have been reading posts here for about 3 months. I have even posted questions a few times. I love the advice, and I can, I believe that the regulars actually put up with some of our stupid questions. You guys are great. The site over all is really good. Soooo…The other day I purchased the gigantic subscription package, to get the tenant file software. I did not like the program. Doesn’t matter why. I decided to call customer service for a refund.
